

PALS is the 'one-stop-shop' for patients, carers and relatives seeking advice and support on all aspects of healthcare.
The service is free and confidential and aims to support anyone with questions or queries about health-related issues. PALS can help you with:
If you have questions, concerns, suggestions or compliments please initially speak to a member of staff who is looking after you as soon as possible. If they are unable to help you, then please contact the PALS service.

If your first language is not English the Trust provides interpreting and translation services in the majority of languages. If you require these services please contact a senior member of staff.
PALS volunteers visit patients on the wards, talk with them and highlight any concerns they may have to the ward staff or PALS manager.
